What is Epic Health’s return policy?

Epic Health Pro prioritizes your satisfaction. Should you receive damaged or defective items, we will promptly replace them. If you need to return a purchased item and it meets the specified criteria outlined below, we are happy to facilitate the return process. Simply contact us at sales@epichealthpro.com and our staff will assist you in initiating the return. Upon contacting us, you will receive a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) form via email, which you will need to complete. Our aim is to process your RMA swiftly, and we will endeavor to do so.

Most of our items may be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping and restocking fees where applicable, provided that the following instructions are adhered to.

  • All returns must satisfy the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Moreover, the item must not fall under the category of "non-eligible returns".

Regrettably, due to health and hygienic regulations, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Power recline and lift chairs.
  • Seat cushions and backs.
  • Opened packages or any item that cannot be resold as new.
  • Other items explicitly labeled as "non-returnable" in the item's description on our website.

Additionally, we cannot accommodate:

  • Return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has been altered or used.
  • Any item not in its original packaging.
  • Special orders.
  • Items related to the coronavirus, such as face masks, goggles, antiseptic wipes, and sanitizers.
  • Sales of non-eligible items are considered final.

If all criteria are fulfilled, we will issue a refund, deducting shipping charges and, in certain cases, restocking fees.

What are the return and cancellation procedures?

At Epic Health Pro, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service. While we strive to offer only the finest medical supplies and equipment, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item.

Customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before initiating a return. Returns lacking an RMA will be declined.

To ensure acceptance of a return, customers must request an RMA number within five days of receiving the delivery. Contact us at sales@epichealthpro.com to request an RMA number. Upon approval, we will email you a form to complete, along with the RMA number and return address.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance date. It is advisable to securely pack the item and insure the shipment for its full retail value. Additionally, obtain a valid tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards. Items not meeting these conditions will be considered ineligible for refund.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form; returns to our corporate headquarters will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after completing the steps of receiving, inspecting, and approving the return. Refunds are credited using the original payment method.

If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, regardless of whether they have received the item, it is subject to standard return policies. The customer is required to accept the delivery and then follow the instructions above to arrange for a return.

Why doesn’t Epic Health accept insurance?

Common reasons for opting for self-payment include:

  • Difficulty finding a Medicare B DME provider that meets quality standards.
  • High deductibles that are deemed unreasonable.
  • Lengthy processing times for necessary equipment through insurance.
  • Not meeting strict health insurance qualifications.
  • Preference for choosing one's own equipment.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of equipment from insurance-contracted providers.

Most contracted equipment providers are restricted to offering basic and low-cost equipment due to the minimal reimbursements provided by insurance companies. These providers lack retail stores, limiting options for equipment selection and granting customers no control over the process.

At Epic Health Pro, there are no such limitations. We offer the precise equipment you need to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

What payment options does Epic Health accept?

Epic Health Pro accepts payments made through bank accounts, debit cards, and all leading credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
